At Altfield we are extremely conscious of the waste produced by our industry and are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to reduce our own impact, which is why we are proud to work with ReFAB...
ReFAB is a pioneering upcycling- upskilling initiative of the Kartik Prabhu Foundation, a registered charity in the UK. ReFAB upcycles “waste” fabric donated by designer brands into bespoke lifestyle products, while also upskilling disadvantaged women in the UK and in India. All profits are reinvested in upcycling and upskilling.
Over the last 3 years, ReFAB has upcycled over 500 kgs of fabric donated by global brands; upskilled 25 women and produced over 700 products. These products are currently retailed through exclusive pop-ups in the UK.
